The International Conference on Cyber Security and Computer Science (ICONCS)” will be held in Safranbolu, Karabuk, Turkey on October 18-20, 2018.
ICONCS will promote and disseminate the knowledge concerning several topics and technologies cyber security and computer science.
The main goal of ICONS is to bring together researchers, scientists, young talents and experts in universities, companies, institutions, communities, agencies, associations and societies to provide them a unique platform for sharing worldwide ideas as well as the recent developments on cyber security, technology and innovation.

The selective outstanding papers presented at the conference, after further revision, will be considered for publication in JESTECH journal by ELSEVIER which is classified with E-SCI indexed by Scopus.

Prospective authors are invited to submit their full papers following the guideline posted on the conference website https://www.iconcs.org. Submitted full papers will be peer-reviewed (check review process in the conference website), and prospective authors are expected to present their papers at the conference. The papers that are accepted and presented at the conference will appear in e-proceedings.
